MIRPURKHAS: Fire destroys 15 houses

MIRPURKHAS, Dec 4: Around 15 houses of peasants were destroyed in the Mureed Hassan Wassan village of the Hussain Bux Mari taluka on Saturday when a fire broke out in the house of a peasant and later engulfed other houses.

A woman, Ms Qaisar, suffered burn injuries and was taken to the civil hospital in a serious condition.

Around 450 maunds of wheat and gold ornaments were burnt completely.

Fire brigade reached at the spot after three hours of the incident.—Correspondent
