LAHORE, Nov 28: Mohammad Afzal and Asif Baloch struck twice to help Faisalabad win Punjab Inter-district football championship after a 4-1 win over Sargodha at Punjab Stadium on Monday. Afzal stunned Sargodha by scoring a spectacular field goal in the very first minute of the play with a long range drive.

The midfielder doubled the lead in the 22nd minute, beating onrushing keeper Nasir Gill.

Faisalabad made it 3-0 in the 24th minute through striker Asif.

Sargodha’s solitary goal came in the 60th minute, while Asif completed the rout in the 85th minute off a rebound.
