Renala wins back train stop

OKARA: The Pakistan Railway restored the Khyber Mail stop at Renala on Thursday, which was earlier cancelled for losses on Feb 3 after the visit of the divisional superintendent on Jan 22.

The city people, including the Renala Bar Association, reacted strongly to the news and many people went on hunger strike to protest the withdrawal of the facility.

The railway authorities restored the train stop. On Thursday, the train was welcomed by hundreds of people at Renala.
