Faisalabad and Sargodha in final

LAHORE, Nov 27: Faisalabad and Sargodha qualified for Punjab Inter-district football championship final, after 2-1 victories at Punjab Stadium on Sunday. Sargodha defeated Bahawalpur 1-0. Bilal opened the account for Sargodha, scoring a field goal in the 17th minute.

Hafiz Israr doubled the lead in the 47th minute before Abid Munawar scored the consolation goal for the losers in the 63rd minute.

In another match, Faisalabad beat Lahore. Ilyas put Faisalabad 1-0 ahead by finding the net in the 20th minute.

Faisalabad doubled the lead through Imran Farooqi in the 89th minute.

Bilal Butt scored a goal for Lahore the next minute.
