Lawyers call for action against police

QUETTA, Nov 25: The Balochistan Bar Association has demanded action against police officials who arrested on Thursday a lawyer and his two clients from the premises of court in violation of rules. Speaking at a press conference here on Friday after a meeting of the general body of the association held to discuss the behaviour of the police officials, BBA president Wasay Tareen appealed to the Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court to take notice of the incident.

Senator Amanullah Kanrani, senior lawyer Hadi Shakeel Ahmed and other senior members of the BBA were present on the occasion.
