LAHORE, Nov 23: Speedster Mohammad Zahid claimed five for 49 to give Multan a substantial first-innings lead of 125 against Sialkot in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Gold League tie at the Multan Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.

By the close of play, the bottom-placed Multan side had extended their advantage to 298 with skipper Aamir Bashir making an unbeaten 84.
