The Sindh Health Department has shared an alert about a photoshopped notification that is spreading fake information about the pandemic.
The fake document shows various strict Covid-19 restrictions being immediately implemented.
"This document is fake & no such notification has been issued from the Sindh government or Sindh Health Department," the alert pointed out.
