Asif destroys Karachi Urban

LAHORE, Nov 15: In-form right-arm medium-pacer, Mohammad Asif, scalped six batsmen to bowl out Karachi Urban for a modest 172 in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Gold League at the National Stadium Karachi on Tuesday. Asif, who had played havoc with England team and was instrumental to give Pakistan ‘A’ team a six-wicket victory in the practice match in Lahore, conceded 49 runs off 20 overs to wreck Karachi batting which survived only 60 overs.

Only opener Ghulam Ali (66, eight fours) could play a significant knock. At the stumps, Sialkot were 12 without any loss.
