Neelum Valley road opened

RAWALPINDI, Nov 14: Pakistan Army Engineers have opened the Neelum Valley road from Muzaffarabad to Nauseri, said an ISPR press release here on Monday. The 41-km long patch of the Neelum Valley Road from Muzaffarabad to Nauseri was badly damaged by the earthquake.

All major roads in the Muzaffarabad sector have opened including Muzaffarabad-Chakoti road.

It may be mentioned that Frontier Works Organization and the Army Engineers Balakot-Kaghan Valley road few days ago.

Vice Chief of Army Staff General Ahsan Saleem Hyat visited earthquake areas of Jubori and Kuzkana in NWFP here on Monday, said an ISPR press release.

He was received by local commander and briefed on the measures being taken by Pakistan Army for relief and rescue operations.
