LAHORE: The opposition is compromising national interest for the sake of its vested interest, says Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.

In a statement issued on Sunday, he said the opposition was trying to hide its humiliation in the shape of protests. He said it had always ignored national issues and was using challenges such as coronavirus and dengue for its political interests.

The opposition has always tried to create hindrance in the journey of progress. The nation will never forgive the irresponsible attitude of the opposition. He said the PTI government led by PM Imran Khan would complete its five-year tenure. The conspirators had faced defeat before and would meet the same fate in future, he said.
