13 injured as bus overturns

SHEIKHUPURA, Nov 12: As many as 13 passengers, including two women, sustained injuries when a bus overturned here on Saturday near Shahkot in Nankana Sahib district limits.

Reports said the bus was on its way to Lahore from Faisalabad. Near Shahkot, the driver lost over it as a result of which it overturned.

The injured have been identified as M Hanif, Ilyas, Faryad, Mustaq Ahmad, Muhammad Iqbal, Yasin, Bilqees Bibi, Razia Bibi, Ashiq Husain, Abdul Hameed, Muhammad Boota, M Riaz and Muhammad Hanif. Shahkot police are investigating.
