Story Time: Never give up

Published September 11, 2021

Once upon a time, there was a person named Suleman. He was a good person by nature and used to help others. One day, while he was waiting for the signal to turn green, a poor man knocked at his car window and begged him for some money to support his family. Since the poor man was not that old age-wise, Suleman told him why could he not do some work, this way he could support his family in a better way and get rid of this begging habit.

In reply, the poor man disclosed that he had no money to purchase the tools to start any work. As Suleman was very kind, he gave the poor man some money and asked him not to beg again. The poor man became happy.

Suleman owned a large business in which different projects were planned of those who could not market their ideas and wanted to develop a business. In his company, he had high level technology services available and people, who were good at programming, made websites and for different projects and people. His business was well settled.

One day a client came to his office wanting to start a new project and wanted Suleman to do his work for a very low budget. Suleman did not agree as he was an experienced person and he always delivered his best and didn’t agree to work for almost free. When Suleman refused his proposal, the man became annoyed and decided to ruin Suleman’s business. He posted negative comments on social media against Suleman and also on his business website, to bring him down and much more. Those who saw these negative posts they backed out as soon as they read the comments in the feedback bar on Suleman’s business website. Suleman’s market value and the ratings of the business started going down.

Suleman decided to face the situation bravely and called a meeting of all his business partners. When Suleman informed him about the real reason for the rumours and negative feedback about him, they were shocked and they realised it was not Suleman’s fault. But much damage had been done and Suleman’s business suffered.

Suleman didn’t give up and he started working harder to bring his business back to its former position or even a better one. He started working on new ideas and technology and he would market it though presentations and videos on social media. Soon his business idea was trending in every social media platform, and it even covered on different news channel.

Suleman kept trying, no matter what came on his way, and he never stopped working hard and believing himself. Thus the moral of this story is — if you work hard, stay focused and never give up, you will eventually get what you want in life.
