HYDERABAD: Leaders of religious parties and ulema have urged people to show restraint and identify the provocateurs so that they could be brought to justice for hurting religious sentiments through blasphemous content.

They urged the cyber crime wing of the FIA to be more vigilant in this regard so that blasphemous content was blocked immediately after it was uploaded on the social media. They were speaking at a joint press conference at local press club on Sunday.

They were led by Sahibzada Abul Khair Mohammad Zubair, chief of Milli Yakjehti Council. Others who were present included leaders of the Shia Ulema Council, Jamiat-i-Mashaikh Pakistan, PST, JUI-F, JI, JUP and Majlis Wahdat-i-Muslimeen.
