LAHORE: An 11-member Pakistan Test squad, currently staying at a local hotel here in a bio-secure bubble, reported negative during the Covid-19 test on Friday.

All the players underwent Covid tests on Thursday soon after their arrival at the hotel, and they’ll again be tested on Saturday.

The players are due to leave on Monday for Barbados where they will join the rest of the Pakistan team, which is already in the Caribbean to play a five-match Twenty20 International series against the West Indies.

Besides five T20s, Pakistan will play two Tests against the West Indies.
