Sindh has reported 1,201 cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 349,586.
Moreover, the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office confirmed the deaths of eight more persons due to the virus. The death toll now stands at 5,621.
The report added that 16,262 samples were tested for the virus in the last 24 hours, returning a positivity rate of 7.4 per cent.
