KARACHI: The Inter­national Lawn Tennis Club of Pakistan will organise the sixth IC Pakistan Inter-school Tennis Champion­ships at Al Zehra Govern­ment Girls Primary School in Firdous Colony on Friday.

Eight boys and eight girls schools have been invited to participate in the one-day event.

The International Lawn tennis Club is affiliated with the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) as well as the International Lawn tennis Club, based in the city of London.

Abida Lodhi, the Director School Education (Primary) of the Karachi Region, has consented to be the chief guest at the prize distribution ceremony at around 11:30am while Deputy Director Education Shamsuddin Sheikh will grace the championship as the guest of honour.

Farha Riaz is the coordinator of the said championship.
