Pakistan has reported less than 1,000 coronavirus cases for a fourth straight day. During the last 24 hours, 735 new cases were recorded after 41,133 tests were conducted.

Another 23 deaths were also reported during this period. The total number of cases in the country has risen to 956,392 and the death toll is 22,254. The positivity rate has been recorded as 1.78 per cent.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre, 410,009 vaccines were administered across Pakistan on June 28. So far, 15,581,402 vaccines have been administered.

Breakdown of deaths and cases reported during last 24 hours:

  • Sindh: 431 cases, 9 deaths
  • Punjab: 136 cases, 11 deaths
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 72 cases, 3 deaths
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 41 cases
  • Islamabad: 23 cases
  • Balochistan: 19 cases
  • Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 13 cases
