Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has said that Pakistan is now an exporter of Covid-related materials due to “untiring efforts of the government,” APP reports.

Speaking as the chief guest at the media unveiling of Pakistan Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai in Karachi today, the minister stated “at the advent of the first wave of Covid-19, Pakistan was totally dependent on imports to meet its requirements for prevention, detection and treatment of the disease but,” according to him, the government worked to minimise its tendency towards imports and the efforts bore fruits.
