Shifting of cotton factory demanded

NAWABSHAH, Oct 23: A large number of residents of Qazi Ahmed town took out a protest rally and demonstrated against a cotton factory on Sunday.

Led by Dadal Jam Unnar, the protester were carrying placards and raising slogans.

They said that a number of residents were catching serious diseases like T.B, asthma etc due to pollution being caused by cotton factory.

They demanded immediate shifting of cotton factory outside the town to save the lives of the citizens.

They threatened to block the National Highway, if their demand was not accepted.
