KURRAM: Four children were wounded in a landmine explosion in central part of Kurram tribal district on Thursday.

The children were roaming in the field in Tandi area when the landmine exploded. The wounded children have been identified as Wajid, Kamran, Haroon and Islamuddin.

Officials said that the injured children had been shifted to a hospital in Sadda town. Police said that the investigation was underway in the case.
