KARACHI: A group of over a 100 cyclists took part in a ‘Let’s Ride for Palestine’ solidarity ride from the Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue in Defence Housing Authority to the Karachi Press Club early on Sunday.

Starting at 6.30am, the solidarity ride was attended by cyclists from various cycling groups of Karachi holding Palestinian flags and banners and placards for the liberation of Palestine.

The cyclists also enjoyed the light drizzle at the start of their ride, which did not dampen their enthusiasm and fervour and paddled through the main Clifton streets all the way to the Karachi Press Club where they raised their voice for Palestine with a plea to stop the bloodshed.

They said that the genocide in Palestine had taken the lives of many innocent Muslim freedom fighters, families, youngsters and children, which must end now.
