PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court, Abbottabad bench, on Wednesday ordered release of JUI-F leader Mufti Kifayatullah on bail.
According to court sources, a two-member bench of the PHC comprising Justice Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmad accepted the bail plea of Mr Kifayatullah, and ordered his release.
Mufti Kifayatullah was arrested under 3-MPO for issuing anti-state statements and delivering controversial speeches.
