Kamil stars for Aleem Sports

KARACHI, Oct 19: Kamil Khan produced a superb allround show in Aleem Sports’ (AS) 54-run victory over M.Tex XI in Aga Khan Gymkhana Twenty20 Cup Ramazan cricket at AKG Ground on Wednesday.

Kamil plundered 62 off mere 28 balls, hitting eight eight sixes and later grabbed four victims behind the stumps to steal the limelight in the match.

Nasir Aziz grabbed a hat trick taking the wickets of Kamil, Rafiq and Abid Khan in row but failed to save his team from defeat.

Kamil’s hurricane knock helped AS to muster 157 for seven wickets in their 20 overs. M.Tex XI in response were bowled out for 103 in 18th over.

Zeeshan Jamil captured three wickets for eight runs.
