LAKKI MARWAT: Deputy commissioner Abdul Haseeb has asked the middlemen working at the fruit and vegetable markets to reduce their profit margin on the sale of commodities so that people could buy the commodities at cheaper rates in the market.

During a visit to wholesale markets in Lakki city and Naurang on Sunday morning, he monitored the bidding and rate fixation process of vegetables and fruits.

He said the administration would oversee the sale and purchase of fruit and vegetable in markets on a daily basis. He asked the middlemen to provide maximum relief to general public during Ramazan.
