South Africa recall Morkel

JOHANNESBURG, Oct 18: Hard-hitting all-rounder Albie Morkel has returned to the South African squad ahead of the Twenty20 international against New Zealand on Friday.

The hosts named a 15-man squad for the 20-over game and the first three ODIs.

Morkel has been chosen just for Friday’s abbreviated contest, but he could have a role as the designated substitute.
