RAWALPINDI: Punjab Minister for Law and Cooperatives Raja Basharat on Sunday inaugurated a corona vaccination centre at Fatima Jinnah Women’s University (FJWU), which was approved by Chief Minister Usman Bazdar on his recommendation.

Addressing the ceremony, Raja Basharat said the vaccination centre was a gift from the chief minister to the people of Rawalpindi Cantonment. He said all the vaccination centres across the province had been provided with excellent facilities.

Raja Basharat said people should cooperate with the government by implementing the Covid-19 safety measures as the third wave was very deadly. But with the efforts of the Punjab government and people’s cooperation, it would be overcome soon.

He appealed to the people not only to follow the government’s instructions during Ramazan but also offer special prayers for relief from the pandemic.
