LAKKI MARWAT: Gunmen killed a man and his nephew over a dispute in Fatimakhel area of Bannu district on Friday.

The double murder took place in the limits of the Sadder police station.

The police said Zahooruddin and Zohaib opened fire on Nasrullah Khan, 48, and his nephew, Farmanullah, 25, killing them on the spot.

They said the gunmen escaped, while the residents shifted the bodies to the district headquarters hospital for postmortem.

The police said they had begun investigation into the killings after the registration of a case against the alleged killers.
