GUJAR KHAN: Two suspects were arrested by Pind Dadan Khan police on Saturday in a gang rape case.

According to the details, a married woman had come from Rawapindi to visit a shrine near Gharibwal area of Pind Dadan Khan where a man forcefully took her to his place and raped him along with two other men.

District Police Officer Jhelum Shakir Hussain Dawar immediately took notice of the incident and a case was registered against the men under the section 376 of PPC in the Dharyala Jalib police check post of police station Pind Dadan Khan. DPO Dawar said the medico-legal of the victim has confirmed the sexual assault.

He said raids were made immediately in which two suspects were arrested while the third one was still at large.

DPO Shakir Hussain Dawar said that the accused involved in the heinous crime would not be spared and strict action would be taken against them.
