KARACHI: Habib Bank and Akhuwat signed strategic MoU to work on providing affordable housing to the masses, said a press release issued on Thursday.

The MoU was signed in Lahore by HBL Head of Islamic Banking Muhammad Afaq Khan and Akhuwat Founder Dr Amjad Saqib.

Through this MoU, HBL will come together with Akhuwat to roll out a programme that will provide Shariah compliant housing finance facilities to applicants identified by the latter.

Al Meezan Investments signs up DirectFN

Al Meezan Investments signed an agreement with DirectFN Ltd to mark the acquisition of their services for implementation of a comprehensive Asset Management Core System, a press release issued on Thursday said. The new core system is designed to provide customers of Al Meezan Investments a complete suite of services and solutions from one-window.
