HARIPUR: Two people were killed in road accidents in different parts of Haripur district.
The police said Hafiz Ubaid of Mohallah Javedabad was run over and killed by a speeding dumper truck on Khanpur Road.
He succumbed to the critical injuries at the trauma centre.
Also, a pedestrian was knocked down and killed by a recklessly-driven van on GT Road near Ghehra village.
The identity of the deceased wasn’t known.
