Law and order situation in Balochistan reviewed

QUETTA: A joint meeting of the police and Levies Force, held here on Wednesday and presided over by the Balochistan chief secretary, reviewed the measures taken to maintain law and order situation in the province, particularly the city.

Chief secretary Matahar Niaz Rana said that protection of life and property of the people was prime responsibility of the provincial government and steps were being taken to improve law and order situation in the province.

“The government is paying attention to law and order situation across the province as restoring peace and order is the first condition for economic development of any region and for ensuring that investors don’t face any difficulty,” he said.
