RAWALPINDI: A man died and five others were injured when a van overturned on Chakbeli Road in the limits of Rawat police on Sunday night.
Initial reports said the accident took place when a van in which a family was travelling overturned while avoiding a motorcycle near a petrol filling station on Kalha Kotha-Chakbeli Road.
Saad Mehmood, 38, died on the spot while his wife Ambreen, 35, and their five-year-old son Usman were injured. Besides, Juzaifa Khalid, 9, Uzma, 38, wife of Shaukat and Ijaz Fatima, 38, wife of Mohammad Ilyas also sustained injuries in the road accident.
