THIS refers to the article ‘Grand dialogue?’ (Jan 12) which insists that the establishment’s forays will not end in the civilian spectrum and that “global and regional data shows that the best-governed states mostly have a parliamentary and not presidential system, which is unsuited for diverse nations”.
This is rather sad that after so many decades, we are still haggling over an ideal form of governance.
