QUETTA: Balochistan National Party leader Sanaullah Baloch on Monday criticised the government for curtailing train service in Balochistan on the pretext of stopping the spread of Covid-19.

Speaking to a delegation of the Railway Workers Front, Quetta division, he said that out of the seven trains that used to run from Balochistan in the past, only one was in operation at present.

He said the suspension of majority of trains’ service from Balochistan was forcing the poor people to travel through private transport services on heavy fares.
