NAWABSHAH: Three passengers of a coach died and 10 others were injured when it overturned near this city along Mehran Highway on Friday.

The deceased were identified as Abrar Ahmed, 30, Hazoor Bux, 50, and Ghulam Hussain, 45. They were stated to be residents of Rahim Yar Khan and Liaquatpur, Punjab. Several women were among the injured.

The bodies and the injured were transported to the Peoples Medical University Hospital, Nawabshah.

According to the area police, the coach coming from Liaquatpur was destined for Karachi. They said the accident took place at Zero Point apparently due to poor visibility caused by thick fog.
