CHAGAI: The area residents and local employees of the Saindak Copper-cum-Gold Project ended their protest after Chinese firm MCC Resource Development Limited (MRDL) issued a notification regarding further arrangements for the leave policy.

According to the notification, a copy of which is available with Dawn, all the departments and units were required to formulate the 2021 Leave Plan for employees in a reasonable way based on general situations of the staff on site and on leave while combining the actual work achievements to organise their leaves in a timely and orderly manner.
