HYDERABAD: Two more deaths caused by the coronavirus in the city were reported on Thursday.

One of the victims was an automobile factory owner, Abdul Karim Ghanghra.

He contracted infection 16 days ago and it was confirmed in a test conducted at a private hospital in Karachi, according to his son, Zubair Ghanghra. He was brought to a private hospital in the city where he remained asymptomatic.

His son said tests of his 40-member family were done and they all turned out to be negative. His oxygen saturation dropped early in the morning and he died.

A 40-year-old patient admitted in Liaquat University Hospital (LUH) city branch also died on Thursday. He was a resident of Tando Adam, Sanghar district.
