KHUZDAR: Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) president Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal on Thursday told his party workers to leave no stone unturned to make successful the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s rally which is scheduled to be held in Quetta on Oct 25.

Speaking to BNP-M’s office-bearers and workers in Khuzdar, he said despite repeated demands the federal government had not implemented the six-point accord his party had signed with the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) before it formed the government at Centre in 2018.

He said the non-serious attitude of the PTI government towards his party’s demands had forced it to withdraw its support for the government. He said the BNP-M would continue raising its voice for the rights of people because they had elected the party’s legislators for this purpose. “The support of people is enough for us,” he added.

MPA Mir Hamal Kalmati, Mir Akbar Mengal, Arbab Mohammad Nawaz Mengal, Mir Gorgin Mengal, BNP-M district vice president Shafiqul Rehman Sasoli, Advocate Ghulam Nabi and many other party leaders were present on the occasion. Mr Mengal said the Balochistan government was not serious in solving problems of the people.
