LAHORE: Celebrated international umpire Aleem Dar has been assigned on-field duties in five of the six upcoming white-ball matches between Pakistan and Zimbabwe, which will be played from Oct 30 to Nov 10.

The three 50-over ICC Cricket World Cup Super League matches will be played at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, while Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host the three Twenty20 Internationals.

Aleem — the three-time ICC Umpire of the Year from the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires — will stand in all the three ODIs as well as the first and third T20, while he will be the third umpire for the second T20.

The ICC has appointed Mohammad Javed, a member of the ICC International Panel of Match Referees, as match referee for the series.

As per the ICC’s interim playing regulations, Aleem and Javed will be the ICC-appointed match officials. The PCB has appointed the umpires from the ICC International Panel of Match Officials — Ahsan Raza, Asif Yaqoob, Rashid Riaz and Shozab Raza.

Nov 1: 2nd ODI — umpires: Aleem Dar and Asif Yaqoob, TV umpire: Ahsan Raza; fourth umpire: Shozab Raza, match referee: Mohammad Javed.

Nov 3: 3rd ODI — umpires: Aleem Dar and Rashid Riaz; TV umpires: Ahsan Raza; fourth umpire: Asif Yaqoob; match referee: Mohammad Javed.

Nov 7: 1st T20 International — umpires: Aleem Dar and Asif Yaqoob, TV umpire: Rashid Riaz; fourth umpire: Shozab Raza; match referee: Mohammad Javed.

Nov 8: 2nd T20 International — umpires: Ahsan Raza and Rashid Riaz, TV umpire: Aleem Dar; fourth umpire: Shozab Raza; match referee: Mohammad Javed.

Nov 10: 3rd T20 International — umpires: Aleem Dar and Ahsan Raza, TV umpire: Asif Yaqoob; fourth umpire: Shozab Raza; match referee: Mohammad Javed.
