KARACHI, Sept 25: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) women’s wing has once again revised the draws of ongoing 21st National women’s hockey championship. Tournament director, Ms Shaista Javaid, told Dawn on Saturday that the championship was curtailed by two days with finals now on Oct 1 in order to allow outstationed teams to reach their homes ahead of Ramazan.

The organizers first revised the draws after a number of teams pulled out. This also compelled them to delay the opening by a day.

Meanwhile, no arrangements have so far been made to clean the chairs and tables in the press enclosure.

Following is the revised draw:

Sept 26: Army v Quetta Whites at 8.00 am; Karachi Whites v Lahore Whites at 10.00 am; Quetta Colours v Lahore at 12.00 pm; Railways v Faisalabad at 2.00 pm; Karachi Colours v Bahawalpur at 4.00 pm.

Sept 27: Sukkur v Hyderabad at 9.00 am; Faisalabad v Karachi Whites at 11.00 am; Lahore Colours v Army at 2.00 pm; Railways v Lahore at 4.00 pm.

Sept 28: Bahawalpur v Hyderabad at 9.am; Army v Quetta Whites at 11.00 am; Lahore Whites v Faisalabad at 2.00 pm; Karachi Colours v Sukkur at 4.00 pm.

Sept 29: Semifinals

Sept 30: Rest day
