NAB & builders

Published September 23, 2020

THE Accountability Court-III Sindh, Karachi, reference No. 09/2018, has given the plea bargain order dated May 29, 2019, wherein Rufi Builders and Developers should hand over possession within six months to all allottees/affectees.

However, despite a lapse of six months on Nov 29, 2019, the accused have failed to execute/implement the order. This means both have committed contempt of court. Prima facie, NAB also seems to be involved.

I request the Supreme Court to take action against NAB and Rufi Builders and Developers, asking them to implement the accountability court order.
