RAWALPINDI, Jan 19: Fire broke out at the 4th floor of Shaheed-i-Millat Secretariat for the second time on Saturday, police said.

The police said they received a call at 4:40pm that the fire had again broken out at the high-rise, which was gutted last Tuesday.

The emergency police and fire-fighters rushed to the scene and controlled the fire after hectic efforts of one hour, an official of the fire department said.

He termed smouldering papers and files as the cause of the eruption of fire for the second time.
