Railways safety seminar

KARACHI: Pakistan Railways’ Karachi division conducted a seminar on Wednesday at the Divisional Superintendent Office on the topic of ‘Safety in train operations’.

Anzar Ismail Rizvi, former senior joint secretary in ministry of railways, was the guest speaker.

He described safety as a combination of discipline and rule of law because an undisciplined system or human resource would ensure unsafe train operation.
