The number of people infected with Covid-19 across the world has crossed 18 million, according to the Coronavirus Resource Centre at Johns Hopkins University.
The United States has the highest number of cases with more than four million infections, followed by Brazil with 2.7m and India with 1.8m infections.
More than 689,000 people have died from the virus globally so far.
