Uganda has recorded its first death from the new coronavirus, according to Reuters.
The announcement was made by the ministry of health, making Uganda one of the last nations on the continent to report a fatality since the pandemic reached it in March.
The state keeps reiterating the role of hostile foreign actors in fomenting unrest, yet seems to be short on ideas on how to prevent the ingress of such actors and their ideologies in Baloch society.
