Women’s swimming

KARACHI, Sept 15: The two-day 14th Sindh women’s swimming championship will be held at Karachi Gymkhana from Saturday. The reigning champion Karachi Grammar School will defend the title and will face strong challenge from Karachi American School and Karachi Club.

The teams who have confirmed their participation are: Bayview Academy, Bayview Junior School, The Japanese School, The City School (PAF Chapter), The City School Pre Girls Branch, The Karachi Parsi Institute, S. Joseph, Beacon House, PALPA, Dua High School, National Sailing Center, Sheraton Hotel, Aljamae Faifyah, Defence School (O and A levels), Karachi Gymkhana and The Sunset Club.

The swimmers will compete in categories: U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16 and the open group.—APP
