Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has said that since the government is considering the opening of educational institutions, schools will be allowed to call in staff.
He said that staff will have to be trained and briefed about the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The country is confronting increasingly volatile weather patterns with consequences for agriculture, infrastructure, public health and economic planning.
