AFTER the embarrassment faced by India in Ladakh, the Indian establishment seems to be in disarray.
I feel this is the time Pakistan must be fully prepared for any dirty trick on the part of New Delhi. At the same time this is also an opportunity for Islamabad to apply pressure on New Delhi after it has started a quarrel with Kathmandu over territory and been rebuffed.
Pakistan must persuade India that this is the right time for it to come to the negotiating table and find a permanent solution of the Kashmir issue. This is an opportunity for both countries which should not be missed.
