LAHORE: The Secretary of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Olympian Asif Bajwa was awaiting the result his Covid-19 test till the filing of his report and had quarantined himself at his home as a precautionary measure.

“I was feeling some symptoms and voluntarily decided to have my corona virus test. I am at home waiting for the report of my test,” Asif said on Monday.

Bajwa said he was feeling the symptoms after one of his close relatives tested positive. He said the same relative also lived in his house for some days so his family remained in interaction with the guest. “As a preventive measure, myself and my family have decided to have the tests,” he said.

The report is expected on Tuesday.
