ISLAMABAD:A senior clerical staff member from the Ministry of National Food Security and Research Tariq Mahmood, lost his life due to Covid-19 in Islamabad last night.
Minister for National Food Security and Research Syed Fakhar Imam, in a statement, condoled over Mehmood’s death.
He said that the late staff member was an asset for the ministry and his services will always be remembered. Mr Mahmood had been on ventilator since May 13.
Mr Imam prayed for the deceased and his family.
